Teaching AI Your Brand Voice
Set up a reusable description of how your business sounds so everything you make matches you.
In Foundations you learned to make one message sound like you. This lesson makes it permanent. Instead of re-explaining your vibe every time, you write a short brand voice description once — and paste it at the top of any marketing prompt.
A good voice description covers three things: how you sound (e.g. warm, plain-spoken, a bit cheeky), words you use and words you avoid (you say 'folks', never 'utilise'), and who you're talking to (busy homeowners, not other tradespeople). Three or four lines is plenty.
Any owner writes their voice down once and pastes it in, so everything they make sounds like the same person.
The rest is free too — it just needs a seat.
