Connect Your Tools Without Code

Understand the trigger-then-action idea behind no-code automation tools.

"No-code automation" sounds technical, but the idea is simple: when this happens, do that. A new form submission (trigger) creates a row in your spreadsheet (action). A new booking (trigger) sends a text to your phone (action). No programming — you're just connecting two things you already use.

Tools like Zapier, Make, or the automation features already built into your booking/invoicing software let you set these up by picking from menus, not writing code. You describe the trigger, you describe the action, the tool watches and does it.

In practice

Two tools you already use start talking to each other automatically, with no manual copying.
