Getting the Exact Format You Want
Control the shape of every answer — length, tone, lists, tables — so you get output you can use as-is.
You are in charge of what the answer looks like. The AI defaults to medium-length paragraphs, but you can ask for almost any shape — and doing so is the difference between an answer you have to reformat and one you can use immediately.
The things you can control: - Length — 'in one sentence', 'under 50 words', 'three short paragraphs', 'as brief as possible.' - Tone — 'friendly', 'professional but warm', 'casual, like a text', 'no jargon.' - Structure — 'as a bullet list', 'as a numbered checklist', 'as a table with columns for X and Y', 'just the email, nothing else.' - Point of view — 'write it as me', 'write it so I can read it out loud to a customer.'
Any owner specifies length, tone, and structure so the answer arrives in a shape they can use without reformatting.
The rest is free too — it just needs a seat.
