Sound Like You, Not a Robot
Teach the AI your natural voice so replies sound like you actually wrote them.
The fastest way to make AI replies sound robotic is to accept the default "corporate" voice. The fix is easy: show it how you talk. Paste in two or three real messages you've sent customers — texts, emails, whatever — and say "match this voice."
The AI will pick up your patterns instantly: do you say "Cheers" or "Thanks so much"? Do you use the customer's first name? Do you keep it short and punchy or warm and chatty? Short samples of the real you beat any description you could write.
