From One-Off Prompts to a Repeatable System
Turn a prompt you keep re-typing into a saved, locked 'recipe' that gives you the same quality output every time — and that your team can run without you.
Most owners re-type the same request from scratch every time. That's the beginner trap. The operator move is to build the prompt once, properly, and save it as a reusable system.
A good saved prompt (a "recipe") has four locked parts:
- Role — who the AI is acting as ("you're my front-desk coordinator")
- Rules — your non-negotiables (voice, length, what never to promise)
- Inputs — the blanks you fill each time (customer, job, price)
- Output shape — exactly what comes back, formatted the same way every time
In practice
Whatever you send on repeat, build it once as a proper recipe — role, rules, inputs, output — save it, and turn a task you re-do daily into an asset anyone on your team can run identically.
The rest is free too — it just needs a seat.
