Booking and Scheduling on Autopilot
Let customers book and reschedule themselves using an online calendar instead of back-and-forth messages.
Count how many messages it takes to land on a booking time: "are you free Tuesday?" "no, how about Thursday?" "what time?" "does 2pm work?" That's four messages for one appointment — and that's the good case.
A booking link (Calendly and similar tools) shows your real availability and lets the customer pick a slot themselves. No back-and-forth, no double-booking, and it works at 11pm when you're not looking at your phone.
In practice
Customers pick their own appointment time from real availability, with zero back-and-forth messaging.
The rest is free too — it just needs a seat.
